Buyers may request order cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation is allowed before the order enters processing, packaging, or documentation stages.

  • Once export documentation, packaging, or dispatch has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • For custom, bulk, or made-to-order products, cancellations are not allowed after confirmation.

To request cancellation, buyers must contact us via email or phone with their order details.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued under specific conditions:

  • If the order is cancelled within the permitted time.

  • If the product is unavailable or cannot be shipped due to regulatory reasons.

  • If there is a confirmed quality or quantity issue verified by our team.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • International shipments delayed due to customs or foreign regulations.

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the buyer.

  • Minor variations in color, aroma, or texture due to natural product characteristics.

  • Damage caused during customs inspection or improper handling after delivery.

All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

4. Replacement Policy

Replacements may be offered when:

  • Products arrive damaged due to packaging failure.

  • Incorrect items are delivered.

  • Quality issues are reported within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof.

Replacements are subject to product availability and shipping conditions.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and orders are strictly non-refundable:

  • Custom blends, private-label packaging, or special-order products

  • Bulk agricultural shipments

  • Perishable or food-grade items once dispatched

  • Orders shipped under FOB, CIF, or similar Incoterms where responsibility transfers after dispatch

6. Return Policy

Most export shipments cannot be returned due to customs restrictions.
Returns, if permitted, must meet the following:

  • Buyer arranges return shipping

  • Items remain unopened, unused, and untampered

  • Buyer bears all customs duties, transport charges, and risks

Approval will be provided case-by-case.

7. Processing Time for Refunds

Once approved, refunds may take:

  • 5–15 business days for domestic payments

  • 10–30 business days for international transactions

Processing time depends on banking and currency conversion channels.

8. How to Request Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund, cancellation, or replacement, buyers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photos/videos (for damaged or incorrect items)

  • Description of the issue
